stomach in, chest out

That is how I was trained in my high school days during CAT training. Until now, i keep that in mind. When people say that "bakit wala ka bil-bil?" i tell them that "marunong lang ako magtago". Meaning i do that stomach in thingy. It's quite hard mind you. But then, that helps me to sort of fool people that I don't have bil-bil. Honestly, i wanted to hit the gym to. I just don't know when will I have the time to do it. With a mall hour office hours, i wouldn't be able to squeeze the gym schedule.

Now I am so stuffed from the lunch that we had at Century Park. The stomach in, chest out will not help in hiding those handles. Sigh.

H1N1 issue

My kids are freaking out from the A(H1N1) virus. I have to explain that there is nothing to be scared with it. I told them common facts on the prevention like washing of hands, covering the mouth/nose when you sneeze or cough, regular intake of vitamin C.. blah blah blah. And NO MALLING for the meantime (saves me from extra-ordinary expenses, hehehe)

With the latest addition of infected persons coming from a nearby school, i was wondering what will my kids' school be doing. I heard that their school is coordinating with another school (within the area) if they will be suspending classes for 10 days just to be sure.

I just wish that the virus will just go away.

hangin

Noong nakaraang araw, hindi kami pinauwi ng maaga.

Hindi naman daw kasi tuloy-tuloy ang ulan.

Mga 5 minuto bago kami umuwi, bumuhos ang napakalakas na ulan.

Atat na ako makauwi kaya nag pedicab ako hanggang taft.

Pag baba ko ng pedicab, sumalubong sa akin ang napakalakas na hangin.

Akala ko sa pelikula lang nangyayari yung slow motion ang movement mo.

Aba, slow motion talaga ako. Gustuhin ko man lumakad ng mabilis, hindi maaari.

Pinipigilan ng napakalakas na hangin ang aking paglalakad.

Ang kinatatakot ko lang nun ay baka may yero na lumilipad lipad at tamaan ako.

O di kaya, ako ang tangayin nun hangin.
