i went back

on Sunday, June 15, 2008

OK. I went back to see my dermatologist after a week. She said the my skin is highly sensitive.

What to avoid:
(1) Sun exposure or places wherein there isn't enough airconditioning unit that would have me perspire heavily (it will trigger the itchy feeling). Wala kaya airconditioning unit dun. Wah! Libre pa naman.
(2) The usual NO chicken, eggs, chocolates, nuts, seafoods for a couple of weeks.

What to use:
(1) Cetaphil bar or Oilatum for my soap
(2) Cetaphil lotion
(3) Dermasone cream (for the rashes, if they appear)
(3) Cetrizin (for the itching part)

My airconditioning unit at home is now open almost 24/7 because of my rashes. Sheez! And i am complaining about the high cost of electricity!

Rain! Rain! please come now!

So kinuha ko yung next bigger size. It had better work... ang mahal nito! :-(
